My path in detail
Studying computer science added the foundations everything else is built on: algorithms, compiler construction, Unix and Linux systems.
In financial services I have built and owned complex systems – an analysis system for real-estate loan portfolios, rating models, data analysis, trading tools and ALM systems – and coordinated projects and international teams along the way.
As a freelancer I build on Ethereum and Solana – smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, tokenisation of real-world assets – and contributed to the early phase of Ormi Labs.
I also run my own Bitcoin full node and have written analysis software for it – and still do.
Technically I cover a broad range: C#, .NET, Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, C, C++, PHP, Solidity, cloud and AI features in production systems. The individual language is not what matters to me – understanding technologies, connecting them and building solutions that actually get used is.
I grew up in Germany; German and Farsi are my native languages, and I am fluent in English and French.
I am building the place I want to work in myself. And I am not doing this alone – I am doing it with YOU.

The first location in Niederrad is under negotiation, more will follow. Founding Members vote and learn the address at the viewing.
Is my enquiry binding?
No. Free and non-binding – I’ll get back to you personally.
Can I see it first?
Yes, viewings on request.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. TechGarden is just as much for founders who need tech but don’t write it themselves. That’s exactly what the community and office hours are for.
Will I get help with technical questions?
Yes. Regular office hours, plus people around you who know. For bigger jobs I connect you within the community.
What’s your take on AI?
Like a good colleague: there every day, in every office hour, in every build session. If you’ve never used it, you’ll pick it up quickly here.
Is TechGarden an incubator or accelerator?
No. No programme, no equity, no deadline. A workspace where ventures happen because the right people sit side by side.
Can I find a co-founder here?
Maybe. You can try each other out as neighbours before founding together. I can’t promise it, but the odds beat any matching platform.
Do I have to attend events?
No. TechGarden works just as well as a plain workspace.
Can I bring my team?
Yes – whether you’re two, three or four, there’s an office for every size. For larger teams I’ll make an individual offer.
Are founding prices permanent?
12 months for Founding Members, 6 months for anyone starting in the first six months after opening. Then the regular price. This only becomes binding with your contract.
